Portrait of the artist as a young man:
Currently living in Seattle, Mr. Fischer is currently working towards becoming a professional cartoonist. He also freelances and recently bought an awesome roadbike.

Inspirations for Death of the Party include Berke Breathed, Masamune Shirow and Kanye West.

He'd like to thank Todd, Zach, his brother Ben, his parents, Everyone at the Daily Cardinal, DJ Kool Herc, George Orwell and everyone else who helped make this endeavor possible.

The Wall of Rejection
April 2006

Apparently all the syndicates subcontract out to a union of retarded monkeys when sending out rejection letters. Trying to cut costs due to dwindling finances, the companies sloppily photocopy their letterhead onto recycled toilet paper and send it back to us as a commiseration.

January 2006

This will assuredly get much bigger as time goes on. The worst part is when they don't actually spend the time to send you a rejection letter. I still haven't gotten one from King Features yet, even after writing in and asking for one. The second submission hasn't gotten any responses yet, but keep your fingers crossed. Bring it on, fuckers.
